The multimedia publishing company Sounds True, who holds the vision to “inspire, support, and serve personal transformation and spiritual awakening,” has opted for Klopotek CR&R (Contracts, Rights & Royalties) to replace their legacy system.
Sounds True, founded in 1985 by Tami Simon and based in Louisville, Colorado, disseminates spiritual wisdom in many formats and across multiple channels: audio programs and learning courses, books, interactive learning kits, instructional DVDs, and music. The multimedia publishing company has more than 80 employees, a library of more than 1,500 titles featuring some of the leading teachers and visionaries of our time, and attracts an
ever-expanding family of customers.
Nils McCarty, Chief Financial Officer at Sounds True, explained the reasons for switching to Klopotek: “Because of the dynamic development of the digital rights sphere, contract creation, rights sales and acquisitions, and royalty statements are getting more complex. We needed a robust and flexible system with a friendly web interface to handle all of these aspects, which is why we chose Klopotek CR&R to replace our legacy system.”
“We are extremely gratified to have been chosen by Sounds True, a truly unique independent multimedia publishing company that embraces the world’s major spiritual traditions, as well as the arts and humanities,” added George Logan, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Klopotek North America.
